Which platforms do the packages cover?
Our monthly packages are built for Instagram management. We schedule posts through Meta, so your content is also published on your Facebook page at the same time, at no extra charge. We also manage LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest, and we price those separately from the package, based on your needs.
Why are the prices shown on the site?
Because the scope of each monthly package is fixed. Instead of making you wait for a quote, we want you to see from the start what you get and what you pay. Work outside the packages depends on what you need, so we set its price together in writing.
Is the ad budget included in the package?
No. The package price covers management and production. You set the ad budget, and the spend is charged to your own card on your Meta ad account. We never touch that money.
Can I add other services to my package?
Yes. While your monthly package continues, we can add work such as Google Ads management, a website redesign or a logo project. We agree on the scope and price of the extra service together in writing, based on what you need.
Do I see the content before it goes live?
Yes. We share the monthly content calendar and the designs with you before anything goes live. We publish after you approve.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Prices are per month and exclude VAT. Clients based outside Türkiye are normally invoiced without Turkish VAT under the export-of-services exemption, provided the services are used for their business outside Türkiye. If the work relates to activities in Türkiye (for example, campaigns aimed at audiences in Türkiye), Turkish VAT at the applicable rate (currently 20%) is added. For clients outside Türkiye, invoices are issued in US dollars, or in euros if agreed. If you are based in Türkiye, we invoice in Turkish lira with Turkish VAT. Depending on where you are based, you may need to account for VAT yourself; business clients in the EU or UK usually do so under the reverse-charge mechanism.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. You can pay by bank transfer or by credit card. We don’t sell through the website: if you’d like to pay by card, we send you a payment link once we agree, and you pay through that link. A single card payment costs the same as a bank transfer. Card payments currently work only with cards issued in Türkiye; with a card from another country, please pay by bank transfer.
How long is the contract?
We work month to month, with no long-term commitment. If you decide not to continue, even at the end of the first month, the work stops and there is no extra fee. All files we produced are handed over to you.
