Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of ecegunesagency.com.tr, the website of Ece Güneş Agency, the business name of Ecehan Özün Güneş Durna (Bursa, Türkiye; Osmangazi Tax Office, tax no. 4330630484). By using the site, you accept these terms. How we process personal data is explained separately in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Information on the site

The content on the site is prepared to introduce our services and give general information about digital marketing. Blog posts are general information based on our own experience; they do not replace professional advice specific to your business. The rules and interfaces of platforms (Instagram, Meta, Google) may change over time; we try to keep our content up to date.

3. Prices and the service relationship

• Prices on the English pages, including our packages, are in US dollars, monthly, and exclude VAT. Clients based outside Türkiye are normally invoiced without Turkish VAT under the export-of-services exemption, provided the services are used for their business outside Türkiye; if the work relates to activities in Türkiye, Turkish VAT at the applicable rate is added. Clients based in Türkiye are invoiced in Turkish lira with Turkish VAT. The ad budget is not included in the service fee; ad spend is paid directly to the ad platform, from your own account.
• Price and scope information on the site is for information only. A service relationship starts when we agree on the scope and fee in writing (including by email or message).
• Monthly services are paid in advance at the start of each month. Once a monthly period has been paid, its fee is not changed afterwards.
• You can pay by bank transfer or by credit card through a payment link we send. Card payments are taken through PayTR, a licensed payment institution, and your card details never reach us. Only cards issued in Türkiye are accepted at present; with a card from another country, please pay by bank transfer. A single card payment costs the same as a bank transfer.
• The scope and fee of work outside the packages (such as a logo, brand identity, website, SEO or training) are set separately after a short written intro.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo, graphics and other original content on the site belong to Ece Güneş Agency and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and other applicable legislation. You may quote short passages if you credit the source and link to the relevant page. Otherwise, copying, reproducing or using the content for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

5. Brands in our work

The brand names, logos, product images and videos in our Work section and in the logo strip on the home page belong to the respective brands. They are shown only to present the work we did for those brands; this does not mean that the brands endorse our site or our services.

6. When you use the site

• Give accurate information about yourself in forms; do not enter information on behalf of someone else.
• Do not enter special categories of personal data (such as health, religion or ethnic origin) in forms.
• Do not attempt anything that could harm the site, the server or other visitors (such as unauthorized security scanning, automated bulk requests or sending malicious code).

7. Links and third-party services

The site contains links to third parties such as YouTube, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Google. Each platform is responsible for the content and privacy practices of its own service.

8. Liability

We take due care to keep the site running without interruptions or errors. Short interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates or our hosting provider. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the results of decisions made on the basis of the general information on the site. Mandatory provisions of law and the statutory rights of consumers are reserved.

9. Changes

We may update these terms when needed. The current version is always published on this page and applies from the date it is published.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Bursa have jurisdiction over disputes. The rights of consumers under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are reserved. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence; these terms do not affect those rights.
