KindyROO
Every scene of the promo video was produced with AI. Neither the child nor the room in the video is real; no child was filmed.
KindyROO is an international early childhood development programme for children and their parents — in their own words, “not just a playgroup, much more”. Parents join the sessions together with their child, so what the brand wants to show happens inside the session itself. Putting a camera in there means consent, a shooting day and an interrupted session. In this project we produced every scene of the video with AI: neither the child nor the room is real and nothing was filmed. That is stated openly wherever the video is shared.
What the brand needed
The brand wanted to show the moment a child learns by moving and trying — that moment is what makes the programme different. It is hard to describe without showing it. The scenes had to look believable and match KindyROO's colourful, cheerful tone.
Our approach
- We read the brand's own wording and its “not just a playgroup” message, then wrote the script and decided what each scene says.
- The room was built around KindyROO's own colours and wall artwork.
- Every scene was produced with AI and regenerated until it looked natural.
- Captions were placed for the vertical short-video layout so the video works with the sound off.
- The AI origin of the content is stated openly; it is never presented as a recording of a real session.
The outcome
- The brand got a promo video without filming real children.
- No shooting day, no consent paperwork, no interrupted session.
- The scenes speak in the same colourful, cheerful tone as KindyROO.
- Because the AI origin is stated openly, no viewer is misled.
